Angelica is a student from Maryland studying Economics and Film & Media Studies. Next summer, she will be joining Bank of America’s Generalist M&A group in Los Angeles, and she spent her past summer in Media and Entertainment Investment Banking at MUFG. Shiven Chambial
Professional Director
Shiven is a junior majoring in Economics and Global Studies. He will be joining Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in San Francisco next summer, where he will work with the Financial Sponsors Group. He has a strong interest in credit and restructuring, with prior experience in restructuring consulting at Province and Asgaard Capital. In his free time, he enjoys watching motorsports, supporting the German soccer team, and listening to The Weeknd.

Timothy Chow
Senior Vice President
Tim is a student from Orange County, California studying Business Administration and Data Science. Next summer, he will be joining Rothschild in the Los Angeles office, working in their Technology & Media M&A Group. He has previous experience working in venture capital, investment banking, and tech startups. In his free time, he likes to golf, run, work out, listen to EDM/Rap, ski, and try new Asian food spots.

Maya Stern
Maya is a senior from the Bay Area studying Economics. She spent her past summer at Goldman Sachs in their Technology, Media, and Telecommunications investment banking group, and will be returning full time. Maya has previously interned at PeakSpan Capital, a B2B software growth equity firm, and Tilia Holdings, a Chicago-based private equity firm. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, reviewing Asian restaurants, and watching Suits and Survivor.

Lucas Baehr
Lucas is a Data Science and Economics student from Howard County, Maryland. Next summer, he will be joining Evercore in the New York office, and he spent this past summer with Qualcomm’s FP&A team. His prior experiences include working at Rock Springs Capital, a hedge fund in Baltimore; Artkive, a startup in Los Angeles; and Morgan Stanley’s PWM Division in San Francisco. Lucas is a member of the Cal men’s lacrosse team, and in his free time, he enjoys watching Billions or House and listening to a wide variety of music.

Claire Ching
Claire is a senior from Seattle double majoring in Economics and Architecture. She spent her past summer at KKR in their New York office, and has previous work experience in real estate, design, and finance for Fortune 50 companies. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places, reviewing local restaurants, oil-painting landscapes, and hosting dinner parties.

Michael Pham
Michael is an Economics and Data Science student from San Diego. He has previously worked in investment research at Permian Investment Partners and Smead Capital Management. In his free time, he enjoys lifting, trading, and writing Substacks. He aims to squat 600 pounds by graduation.

Rebecca Buss
Rebecca is a student from the Bay Area studying Physics and Economics. Next summer, she will be joining Evercore in their New York office. She spent her past summer at Prosperity7 Ventures, and previously interned at a small bank while studying abroad in Portugal with the Sutardja Center of Entrepreneurship and Technology. Rebecca is on the Cal Triathlon Team and loves it (her favorite part is swimming). One of her other favorite activities is eating out with friends – especially Mexican and Mediterranean food.

Adi Nair
Adi is a Bay Area native studying Economics and Data Science. Next summer, he will be joining J.P. Morgan in their M&A group. His previous experiences include equity research, a fintech startup, and AI research. He spent his past two summers at technology boutiques (Aeris Partners and PEAK Technology Partners) as an investment banking analyst. In his free time, Adi enjoys playing soccer, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Ashley Chen
Ashley is a Business Administration and Data Science student from Hong Kong. Next summer, she will be joining Goldman Sachs in their San Francisco TMT investment banking group. Her prior experience includes working at RBC Capital Markets, a boutique technology investment bank, and an AI accelerator. Last semester, she continued part-time for RBC while also working at a California-based technology private equity fund. In her free time, Ashley loves hiking, reading, and traveling. Her favorite cities so far are Amsterdam and Osaka.

Yuchen Pan
Yuchen is a Neuroscience student from New York. His previous experiences include investment banking at J.P. Morgan and PWM at Morgan Stanley, and he will be joining Bank of America in their healthcare investment banking group next summer. Yuchen also has previous work experience across private equity, merchant banking, and equity research. In his free time, Yuchen enjoys CADing, woodworking, teaching, and playing the guitar.

Andrei Cojocaru
Andrei is a junior at UC Berkeley studying Computer Science. Passionate about AI and how it can shape the future, especially in VR, he is currently doing research at BAIR. Andrei has also worked on AI-driven projects at companies like Logitech and Outlier AI, and he has been building tech projects since high school – from algorithms for air pollution research to launching youth initiatives at NATO HQ. Outside of work and research, Andrei loves hiking, playing tennis, and spur-of-the-moment trips.

David Kim
David Kim is a junior majoring in Chemical Engineering and EECS, passionate about integrating AI/ML with hard sciences to build scalable, real-world solutions. His experience spans computational materials science, battery life prediction, and ML-driven materials discovery, with projects including MOF structure–property prediction and physics-informed neural networks for battery RUL forecasting. He is currently taking a gap year to fully focus on ML science research at Berkeley Lab x Energy Storage Research Alliance (ANL) and BIDMaP.

Jasmine Jeong
Jasmine is an Economics and Legal Studies student from South Korea. She spent her past two summers at LvlUp Ventures and Magnus Investment Partners, a private investment firm specializing in real estate and technology. Previously, she interned at a top law firm in South Korea focused on corporate M&A. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys basketball, volleyball, snowboarding, and a good shopping spree with her friends.

Suyash Lakhmani
Suyash is a student from the Bay Area, studying Business Administration and Data Science through the Global Management Program. He spent his first semester abroad in London, where he traversed 11 new countries spanning Iceland to Morocco. Suyash has previously worked at KLA, a semi-cap company; the House Fund, a deep-tech VC; and a boutique M&A firm. Maggie Lu
Maggie is a student from Beijing and Toronto, double majoring in Economics and Film & Media. She spent her summer at UBS as an investment analyst and received a return offer. Maggie’s previous experiences include interning at Xiaomi as a product manager, walking the runway at New York Fashion Week, and working as a production assistant for Dior. She is also a two-time Canadian national fencing champion.

Alkis Toutziaridis
Alkis is a Computer Science and Economics major from Athens, Greece. Next summer, he will be joining Moelis in their technology investment banking group. His prior experiences include working at PwC as a Tech M&A Intern, business development at Berkeley Skydeck, and a Software Developer for AR at Snap. Alkis is a huge soccer fan and enjoys playing poker in his free time. A fun fact is that he's been to every major pro-tournament final (Champions League, Europa League, etc.).

He is also on the board of directors for the BSC Co-ops. Nicholas is planning to pursue an MD/MBA. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cooking, skiing, and building PCs and keyboards.

Om Gole is a sophomore from Virginia majoring in Industrial Engineering and EECS. Next summer, he will be joining McKinsey & Company, and he spent his past summer at the SEC. He has previously interned at a fintech startup and a top government contractor. Interested in the intersection of finance and technology, he is focused on early-stage ventures in the tech, defense tech, fintech, and CPG spaces. Naima Hammad
Naima is a student from Dubai and Australia majoring in Computer Science. This past summer, she interned at OneVentures, a growth equity firm in Sydney. Previously, she co-founded a Y Combinator backed startup in the EdTech space. In her free time, Naima enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants. Simran Chandna
Simran is a junior from Michigan studying Data Science and Political Economy. Akshat Parikh
AK is a junior from San Diego studying Economics. He will be joining Andreessen Horowitz in San Francisco for the fall, where he will be working on the research and media side. Last summer, he worked at Pantera Capital, a tiger-cub hedge fund with over $5B AUM. He also interned at HOF Capital, a $10B AUM technology growth-equity firm, and Anthos Capital, a $3B AUM software and consumer VC. He has a strong interest in venture capital, technology investing, and high-growth startups, with prior experience at various investment firms and high-growth startups as well (Lyra Health, Blacklane, and Privy). Daniel Bao
Daniel is an EECS student from Florida and Missouri with interests in technology, startups, and investing. He currently works at Rove (YC W24), focusing on product strategy and growth analytics, and has conducted research on AI-based language proficiency assessment using NLP models. He also founded NanoNebula, an edtech startup that develops learning tools used by schools internationally. Since age five, Daniel has helped manage his family’s Chinese restaurant business. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and exploring national parks, playing tennis, basketball, and soccer, taking long road trips, and trying new restaurants.

Roy Kapoor
Roy is a student from Newport Beach studying Data Science and Economics. Roy spent this past summer doing Finance & Strategy at NVIDIA, and is returning there full time throughout the school year as a Forward-Deployed-Engineer within the Finance & Strategy department. Ben Scordamaglia is a Business and Data Science student who grew up between Southern California and Costa Rica. Lily is a student from Hong Kong studying Economics and Integrated Biology. He previously drove pricing and growth strategy at an AI-powered consumer startup, and got his start in San Francisco politics, interning on a mayoral campaign and serving on his city district youth council.
